Made of a 2.5″ thin-walled alloy pipe and finished to a mirror polish. The flange onto the throttle body has been laser cut out of 8mm alloy and follows the edge of the throttle body perfectly.
It can come with or without the map sensor bracket depending on which car it is for.
Huge performance improvements once installed and mapped. This upgrade has twice the volume inside compared to the standard intake pipe.

Aluminium tophat kit with silicone top joiner
Power pipe with or without map sensor bracket
x4 stainless bolts
Jubilee clips are not included.
If you have a MK5 VXR you can choose to have the pipes polished or anodised in black at no extra charge. The black anodising won’t chip and looks great.
Please confirm which colour top joiner you would like with your kit. You can check this with us before purchasing to ensure we have the colour of hose you want in stock. We can usually supply them in blue, black, red, yellow, orange, green, white and pink.
You will need to purchase the cranked hose down to the intercooler as these are sold separately. We have a separate listing which includes the tophat, power pipe and cranked hose.
The pipes will fit Astra VXR, Astra GSI, Zafira GSI, SRI Turbo and most other LET/LEH models but please ask if you are unsure.

Shipping Policy
MTC Motorsport ships Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 13:30pm (GMT). Orders placed after 13:30pm will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped express, usually arriving within 24 hours (UK only).
For orders outside of the UK, an surcharge will occur.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note, to offset the cost of order processing, the customer will be charged a restocking fee by MTC Motorsport on all returned goods unless we accept liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount of 10% of the purchase price plus the original postage will be applied.
