MTC Motorsport Audi RS3 8V and TTRS 8S Without ACC Gen 2 Intercooler Kit
Our Gen 2 Intercooler Kit with Bar and Plate core and aluminium cast end tanks which are designed for maximum airflow and minimal back pressure, providing superior cooling and increased performance. Easy to install, it mounts directly in place of the original crash bar and makes use of the standard hoses. It weighs 18.5kg, making it perfect for high powered builds. This will fit to models with active cruise control but you will have to buy a bracket to fit this.
We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks, the same as we use on all of our other intercoolers
We have designed the end tanks to provide a perfect fitment
The size of the core is 510mm x 370 mm x 95mm providing a 85% larger cooling surface and 102% more charge air volume compared to the original intercooler
The intercooler is plug and play and is ready to be fitted to the car with no cutting or modifying required
The quality and finish of these is second to none and they are all individually pressure tested and powder coated black

MTC Motorsport Gen 2 Intercooler: Cooling Surface 1890cm² / Charge-Air-Volume 16.5L
Please note: – you will need an additional bracket for vehicles with adaptive cruise control ACC (recalibration of the ACC may be necessary). US cars with ACC need the EU ACC-sensor for 100% fitment.

Shipping Policy
MTC Motorsport ships Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 13:30pm (GMT). Orders placed after 13:30pm will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped express, usually arriving within 24 hours (UK only).
For orders outside of the UK, an surcharge will occur.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note, to offset the cost of order processing, the customer will be charged a restocking fee by MTC Motorsport on all returned goods unless we accept liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount of 10% of the purchase price plus the original postage will be applied.
