MTC Motorsport BMW 230i, 230ix and 330e Stainless Steel Decat Downpipe for B48 engine only 163bhp, 184bhp and 252bhp models
Please note, this will NOT fit the 2018+ models with the PPF filter unless it has been coded out and can be removed. Please contact us if you are unsure. The connection at the bottom is sleeved, please check this before ordering as the 2018 models are different.
The 230i downpipe is machined from SS304 aircraft-grade stainless steel and are tig welded in house
The top section is made from one piece with no welds unlike other cheap alternatives
The B48 downpipe is made of 3.5” stainless pipe straight out of the turbo providing a sharper throttle response due to faster spool of the turbo
Noticeable power gains of 12-15bhp and a much more aggressive exhaust note which sounds truly amazing
Produces lower temperatures and less exhaust backpressure due to the relief of the turbocharger. Also, the cylinder charge is increased
There is also a substantial weight saving in comparison to the factory catalytic converter
Mandrel-bent for better gas flow and maximum internal size to ensure ultimate performance without the loss of mid-range torque
This downpipe will fit the following models with a B48 engine:
BMW 230i and 230ix F22 and F23 2016 onwards
BMW 320i, 330i, 330ix and 330e F30 F31 F34 2016 onwards
BMW 430i and 430ix F32 F33 F36 2016 onwards
All B48 2.0l petrol turbo engines.
Professional installation is recommended as some exhausts sit slightly different from others and can be tight although the feedback we have received from this product is that it is very easy to fit.
We also recommend purchasing a Lambda Sensor Spacer(s) to prevent the engine light coming on in most cases. If you search our other items you will find these.

Shipping Policy
MTC Motorsport ships Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 13:30pm (GMT). Orders placed after 13:30pm will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped express, usually arriving within 24 hours (UK only).
For orders outside of the UK, an surcharge will occur.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note, to offset the cost of order processing, the customer will be charged a restocking fee by MTC Motorsport on all returned goods unless we accept liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount of 10% of the purchase price plus the original postage will be applied.
