MTC Motorsport BMW G30 G31 520d 540d G32 620d 640d Stepped Front Mount Intercooler in Black.
We have engineered these intercoolers using a bar and plate core matched to our flowed cast end tanks. This is the most efficient way to keep the intake temperatures low.
It has the ability to deal with whatever you throw at them. The size of the core is 570mm x 236mm x 109mm.
We have tested our intercoolers on a few vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results. The IAT compared to the standard intercooler are reduced massively which means you get consistent increased performance.
The standard intercooler and the MTC intercooler both had intercooler intake temperatures of 85 degrees through 3 runs on the road.
At the other side of the intercooler into the engine the standard intercooler temperatures were 55 degrees whereas the MTC intercooler temperatures were in the high 20’s over all 5 pulls on the road.
The MTC intercooler features a massive competition core (70% bigger than standard) with flowed cast end tanks and increased surface area.
Professional installation is recommended and will take approximately 2 hours as it is a direct replacement to the car with the standard hoses fitting and clipping in. May require some plastic trimming on some models.

Shipping Policy
MTC Motorsport ships Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 13:30pm (GMT). Orders placed after 13:30pm will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped express, usually arriving within 24 hours (UK only).
For orders outside of the UK, an surcharge will occur.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note, to offset the cost of order processing, the customer will be charged a restocking fee by MTC Motorsport on all returned goods unless we accept liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount of 10% of the purchase price plus the original postage will be applied.
