MTC Motorsport Ford Focus RS MK3 Front Mount Intercooler Powder Coated In Black
We have engineered these intercoolers using the same tube and fin core as the COBB Fiesta ST intercooler from the USA and a cast ends welded on here in the UK.
The MTC intercooler features a massive 125mm core that is 630mm x 215mm with 70mm inlet and outlet. It has flowed cast end tanks and increased surface area
It’s also 80% bigger than the standard intercooler and reduces the intake temps by over 50%
Our intercooler is proven to handle over 500bhp and has been pressure tested to 3 bar
We have tested our intercoolers on several vehicles and found they have absolutely fantastic results.The intercooler is a direct fit. However, professional installation is recommended and should take approximately 1-2 hours.

Shipping Policy
MTC Motorsport ships Monday-Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 13:30pm (GMT). Orders placed after 13:30pm will be processed the next business day. All orders will be shipped express, usually arriving within 24 hours (UK only).
For orders outside of the UK, an surcharge will occur.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note, to offset the cost of order processing, the customer will be charged a restocking fee by MTC Motorsport on all returned goods unless we accept liability for any unsuitable or faulty item. An amount of 10% of the purchase price plus the original postage will be applied.
