2. Third-Party Fulfillment (Shopify Collective)

We operate as a curated marketplace. You acknowledge that:

  • Direct Shipping: Products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers (Vendors) to you.

  • Multiple Shipments: If you order items from different vendors, your order will arrive in multiple packages at different times.

  • Shipping Terms: Specific shipping rates and times are dictated by the vendor. For full details, see our Shipping & Returns Page.

3. Accuracy of Information & Pricing

  • Product Descriptions: Much of our product data is synced directly from our suppliers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free.

  • Pricing Errors: In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price (e.g., £0.00 or £0.01 due to a sync error), we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, even if the order has been confirmed and your payment processed. If your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund.

4. Returns & Refunds

Your contract for purchase is with Modified Central Ltd, but fulfillment and returns are handled by the specific Vendor.

  • Eligibility: Return eligibility is determined by the specific Vendor’s policy for that product.

  • Process: To initiate a return, you must contact the Vendor directly. If you require assistance or need to be directed to the correct Vendor, please contact us at sales@modcentraluk.com.

  • Refunds: Once the Vendor confirms receipt and approval of your return, we will process your refund via your original payment method.

5. Professional Installation & Liability

  • Fitment Warning: Automotive modifications can be complex. While parts may be fitted by the end-user, we strongly recommend that all parts are installed by a qualified automotive professional.

  • Assumption of Risk: Modified Central Ltd is not liable for any damage to the product, your vehicle, or personal injury resulting from improper installation or misuse of products.

  • Warranty: Any warranties provided are those of the Manufacturer/Supplier. Modified Central Ltd does not provide additional warranties on third-party goods.

6. Payments & Currency

  • Providers: We accept payments via Shopify Payments (including major credit/debit cards) and PayPal.

  • Currency: Our primary currency is GBP (£). For international orders, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees for which we are not responsible.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
