Product Details
While the original intercooler kit designed for the Urus, RS Q8, and Cayenne Turbo could be adapted for use on the SQ7 and SQ8, it required modifications and was not a true "drop-in" fit. Recognizing the need for an application-specific solution, Unitronic, a leading Canadian tuner with a substantial SQ7/SQ8 customer base, collaborated closely with CSF. Their tuning suite elevates the SUVs’ power output up to 765bhp and 764 lb-ft of torque, necessitating an intercooler system that can reliably support such enhanced performance.
The intercooler design builds upon the foundation established by the CSF #8211/8211R kit, developed in partnership with Southern California VAG specialists Pacific German. Their expertise was instrumental in the design, development, and rigorous testing phases, ensuring the intercoolers deliver optimal performance and durability. The manufacturing process takes place at PWR North America’s facility in Indianapolis, where advanced CNC billet machining and Formula 1 cooling technology converge to produce a superior product.
