Building upon the success of CSF’s industry-leading tuck radiators developed exclusively for Rywire, the company responded to numerous requests from the import drag race community for a universal cooling solution tailored to SFWD (Sport Front Wheel Drive) vehicles. Collaborations with respected industry partners such as Sheepey Built, Whitfield Manufacturing, and JRP Canada enabled CSF to leverage its cutting-edge technology to develop a universal solution now readily available worldwide through CSF’s extensive distribution and dealer network.

Traditionally, procuring a drag-race radiator involved a complex and time-consuming process, requiring custom orders tailored to specific connection and mounting configurations. This approach often incurred lead times of 2 to 4 weeks and significant expense. CSF has streamlined this process by ensuring the KING Cooler is stocked in both of its coastal warehouses and readily accessible through distributors and authorized dealers globally. Its universal fitment allows for mounting in multiple configurations, providing flexibility and ease of installation across a wide range of applications.

Design & Engineering
The KING Cooler features a robust 3.5-inch thick, 2-row core constructed with CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology. Unlike conventional oval-shaped “O” tubes, CSF’s “B-tubes” are uniquely engineered with a “B” profile that is precision-formed and brazed over the seam to create a superior seal. This innovative design enables the use of thinner, lighter aluminum material while enhancing cooling efficiency and structural strength beyond that of traditional welded “O” tubes.
The end tanks are meticulously designed with 1 5/16"-12 threaded bungs compatible with the included 1.25-inch slip-on fittings and -16 inlet/outlet fittings. This configuration facilitates straightforward setup across diverse applications and allows for extensive customization to meet specific vehicle requirements.
Included with the radiator is a high-performance 9-inch 590 CFM SPAL puller fan (SPAL PN: 3010039) complete with mounting hardware. The fan shroud is laser cut and TIG welded directly onto the radiator, optimizing airflow and enhancing cooling efficiency. Customers may choose between a hand-polished mirror finish (#7065) that offers a premium aesthetic or a satin black finish (#7065B) that provides a sophisticated, stealth appearance.
