The R32 Skyline’s inline six-cylinder engines, ranging from the reliable 2.0L RB20 to the legendary RB26, are celebrated for their robustness and power potential. The RB26, in particular, is distinguished for its capacity to deliver substantial horsepower while maintaining commendable reliability. However, increased power output invariably generates additional thermal load, necessitating enhanced cooling solutions. Although the factory radiator provides adequate thermal management under standard conditions, performance modifications and demanding driving environments call for superior cooling capabilities. CSF has addressed this requirement by developing a premium radiator that not only excels in heat dissipation but is also constructed to endure the rigors of long-term use. Manufactured with precision, this radiator features full CNC-machined billet aluminum end tanks, meticulously TIG welded by hand to a high-grade aluminum core. The 2-row, 42mm core design significantly enhances coolant volume and optimizes heat dissipation. CSF’s proprietary B-Tube Technology further elevates thermal efficiency by approximately 15% compared to standard oval welded tubes, facilitating superior heat transfer. Complementing this, the multi-louvered fins are engineered to maximize airflow through the core, thereby improving overall cooling performance.
Additional technical attributes include 75 cooling tubes integrated within the core, which collectively increase the surface area available for heat exchange.
