Description

KITS UK Vehicle Collection and Drop Off Service is available for customers booking full body kit fitting, offering a convenient way to have your vehicle transported to and from our facility without needing to travel. We come to your address, collect your vehicle on our dedicated transport trailer, bring it to our facility for the work to be carried out, and then return it to your address once complete.

KITS UK Vehicle Collection and Drop Off Service requires you to plan to be without your car for 3–6 days, as return scheduling depends on workload and transport routes. Transport rates are calculated on collection mileage and return mileage. 0–20 miles is free, 20–50 miles is charged at £3.00 + VAT per mile, and 50 miles+ is charged at £1.35 + VAT per mile, with the higher rate applying up to 50 miles and the lower rate thereafter.

Vehicle security and condition checks are included. Your vehicle remains in our secure facility, and a full walk-around inspection with collection and drop-off photos is completed. Terms and conditions apply, including vehicle value notification requirements and liability limits.

Shipping

All orders made through MOD Central will be passed immediately to the supplier (KITS UK) that has ships the item. You will get an email from them on the point of sale about processing and dispatch time.

Shipping Costs:

The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight of the product and which vendor/vendors you are buying from.

Shipping Providers:

All our vendors work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your products are delivered safely. However, we are not responsible for any shipping delays, damages, or losses.

International Shipping:

Many of our vendors offer international shipping, but please be aware that additional customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Tracking Information:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from the vendor your product was purchased from. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact the vendor with your order number.

Returns/Warranty

All return eligibility will be specific to the vendor.

Return & Refund Process:

To initiate a return, please contact the vendor you purchased the product from with your order number and reason for return. Their team will provide further instructions.
