- The gift card is exclusively digital and can only be purchased online.
- Upon purchase, it is promptly sent to the recipient’s email address, ensuring a seamless and eco-friendly transaction.
- To redeem, recipients must create an online account in our shop.
- After the account is set up, the e-Gift Card code received in the email should be entered in the 'My e-Gift Cards' section under 'My Account'.
- Once added, the value of the gift card is immediately available for use. To apply your e-Gift Card balance you will need to select one of two options under "Apply e-Gift Card balance" at checkout. The options allow you to either apply a partial or full amount to your order.
- The e-Gift Card code must be redeemed within 12 months from the receipt, after which the code will become invalid.
- There is no expiration date for the value of the added e-Gift Card; it can be used at any time on any eligible products.
- The e-Gift Card provides the flexibility to use its value partially or in full, making it a user-friendly option for all your shopping needs.
- This is a digital product only; no physical card will be dispatched.
- Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly during the purchase to avoid any inconveniences.

Shipping
All orders made through MOD Central will be passed immediately to the supplier (Maxton Design) that has ships the item. You will get an email from them on the point of sale about processing and dispatch time.
Shipping Costs:
The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight of the product and which vendor/vendors you are buying from.

International Shipping:

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details from the vendor your product was purchased from. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact the vendor with your order number.
