Description
MMX Performance front disc/rotor upgrades are designed to directly replace your OEM brake discs/rotors and come as a pair complete with left and right-handed, two-piece floating discs. Each disc not only weighs less than the OEM part but also features much larger, more efficient directional cooling vanes to ensure even braking performance, pad wear and cooling capability.
Designed specifically for the BMW F80 M3, F82 M4 and F87 M2, the MMX 380mm brake discs are grooved which offers superior heat management and reduces the likelihood of warping or cracking your discs under repeated heavy braking. This is ideal for a fast road & track application. The stock 6-piston brake calliper works very well and is only let down by the OEM front brake rotors.
Superior Brake Disc Design
Utilising a two-piece 380mm x 30mm floating design allows MMX's disc and hat to expand radially and axially as they absorb heat generated from use, avoiding the most common cause of warping and cracking seen in single-piece discs. Due to the efficiency of this design, MMX brake rotors last considerably longer than factory rotors. The friction surface features MMX's trademark groves that increase bite and remove debris from the pad surface giving the perfect balance between brake feel and longevity.
