Description
The R44 S58 Catless Downpipes are engineered to unlock the true performance and sound potential of BMW’s S58 engine, as found in the latest generation M cars. Designed for the BMW G80 M3, BMW G81 M3 Touring, BMW G82 M4, BMW G83 M4 Convertible and BMW G87 M2, these downpipes eliminate the highly restrictive factory catalytic converters to dramatically reduce exhaust backpressure. The result is faster turbo spool, improved power delivery through the low and mid-range, and a noticeably more aggressive exhaust note.
Each downpipe is handcrafted from TIG-welded 304-grade stainless steel and features CNC precision-machined flanges, also produced from billet 304 stainless steel, to ensure durability and accurate fitment. Smooth radius bends are used throughout the design to minimise turbulence and maximise exhaust gas flow, delivering a lighter and more efficient alternative to the factory system.
